Add configuration option to disable saving beeswax queries into the database

A user might use the beeswax app to query for sensitive information that we don't want saved into the Hue database. While HUE-2538 will provide a means of redacting out these queries, it would be challenging to parse all the expressions Hive supports for this information. In these extreme cases, the simplest thing would be to just not save these queries.
